Abstract:
This article examines the theoretical, legal, and practical aspects of forming a new comprehensive branch of law and legislation in the field of national security. The author analyzes the evolution of the concept of "national security", the alignment of interests of the individual, society, and state as core subjects of security, and the constitutional foundations for safeguarding state sovereignty and territorial integrity. The research highlights the system of normative legal acts, international legal instruments, and priority directions for advancing the legal framework of national security.
