FOR REVIEWERS
A reviewer who has passed the selection process will receive the scientific material without information about the authorship or institutional affiliation for further review via email. The material usually includes recommended guidelines for reviewing and a sample review form.
If the reviewer agrees to review the article, they must fill out the review form, which includes evaluation criteria and corresponding fields for comments.
In case of a conflict of interest that may affect the review process, the reviewer should decline the review and notify the journal's editorial board.
Each criterion is evaluated on a five-point scale, where 5 is the highest score, using an "X" to mark the selected rating.
The criteria for evaluating an article are as follows:
Relevance of the research topic
Thoughtfulness and appropriateness of the research methodology
Consistency of the content with the journal's thematic scope
Novelty and originality of the research and its results
Style, format, and structure of the research
Scientific and practical significance
Appropriateness of the article’s title to its content
Presentation and technical formatting
Adequacy of the abstract, keywords, and correspondence of the referenced literature list
Adequacy and justification of the conclusions and recommendations
After evaluating each criterion, the reviewer must choose one of the following decisions:
Accept the article without changes
Minor revisions required
Major revisions required with re-review
Reject the article
If the reviewer’s decision is anything other than "Accept the article without changes," filling out the comments section in the review form is mandatory.
The review form must also include the following:
Title of the reviewed article
Reviewer’s workplace and position
Date of the review
The article number is assigned by the journal’s editorial board. The reviewer must sign the form, including their full name.
The completed review form, along with the reviewed document, must be sent via email or uploaded through the journal’s website submission form. The editorial board will notify the reviewer upon acceptance of the review.
Criteria for rejecting submitted materials:
